Running Assessments
Most runners have been given very little instruction in how to run with the exception of “Go buy nice shoes and don’t run too far, too fast, too soon”. As physical therapists, we are uniquely qualified to address and prevent injury and help you establish a more efficient running technique to maximize your running potential. We are highly skilled at diagnosing and treating common running injuries such as plantar fasciitis, achilles tendinitis, runner’s knee, shin splints, pulled muscles, strains, sprains and more. We are passionate about keeping our athletes moving and on the road doing what they love to do.
