Swedish Massage

This traditional massage technique is best known for inducing relaxation through increasing circulation and lymphatic flow through the upper layers of muscles. Benefits include improved sleep and circulation, as well as decreased anxiety and stress. Clients will experience varied pressures of flowing strokes to soothe and relax overall muscle tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage technique targets deeper muscle layers addressing pain, tension and stress areas that lead to severe or chronic muscle aches and pains as well as headaches. Clients will experience medium to deep pressure that may cause soreness but is helpful in alleviating overall stress, pain, and tension levels.

Hot Stone Massage

Similar to a Swedish massage, warm stones are used to deliver concentrated centers of heat. Effective pressure through the warm stones can loosen muscles without having to go as deep as with a deep tissue massage. Clients that enjoy heat applications such as hot showers and heating pads to relax will surely love a hot stone massage.

Cupping Massage

This ancient technique uses suction to increase blood flow to a particular area causing increased blood flow to an area by myofascial decompression. Cupping can be used to treat a variety of different issues including lymphatic drainage, circulation, and reducing muscle tension and inflammation. Clients will likely leave with cup kisses (bruise like marks) that will last 3-5 days.

Prenatal Massage

Massage for expecting mothers is helpful in reducing aches and pains that accompany pregnancy. This massage will aim to help improve common symptoms of pregnancy including headaches, low back pain, leg and foot soreness and swelling/edema as the body changes to accommodate a new life during pregnancy. It is recommended to book only after your first trimester, unless your physician approves sooner.
