Injury Prevention
“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” Unfortunately most people do not seek assistance from physical therapy until they are in pain or have a full blown injury. There is great evidence to show the benefit of proper screening, movement correction, and stretching/strengthening of tight/ weak muscles can prevent injury.
