Golf Performance

Ready to play better golf? We can help you get those 5 more yards, improve your consistency, and keep you in the game longer.

David Barnes, PT is TPI certified. TPI stands for Titleist Performance Institute and the certification is an evidence-based, educational pathway designed to teach industry professionals how to increase player performance through a deep understanding of how the body functions during the golf swing. TPI calls this concept the Body-Swing Connection, which has been built on data from 20+ years and 100,000+ golfers at the Titleist Performance Institute.

David can evaluate a player’s readiness to play using TPI’s thorough 16 point body assessment screen, and examine how the results correlate to the player’s swing characteristics by performing a slow motion video analysis. This useful screening enables him to know what your body is capable of doing and helps him fine tune a specific program of exercises and drills that will help you maximize your distance and stay in the game longer. Using a combination of soft tissue mobility, manual therapy, advanced strengthening, and dynamic stability drills, we work with you to optimize your body and maximize your swing.

If you are experiencing pain that is limiting your ability to play golf, of course we can help you with that as well. We look forward to working with clients and golf professionals in our area to help them achieve their fitness goals on and off of the fairway.
